Food Service Manager

At SUBWAY SANDWICHES, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Manage our inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our customers' needs.
- Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet our quality control standards, and that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on our sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
