Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at ELISA NAILS & SPA LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail salon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule work for our nail technicians and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of our nail services and products to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and develop our nail technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to our nail technicians to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a nail salon or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our nail salon is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
