Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at ELISA NAILS & SPA LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily schedule of nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quality and Production: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels in the salon.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Work Problems and Productivity: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and possibly review their performance.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Experience:
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a nail salon or related field.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 32 to 40 hours per week.
