Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demand.
  • Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quality and Production: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels in our nail salon.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Work Problems and Productivity: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, and possibly review their performance.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
