Position Overview

The Event Planner is responsible for orchestrating a variety of events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed and executed.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and choose appropriate venues for events.
  • Oversee the arrangement of set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other essential elements for special occasions.
  • Confirm and coordinate with speakers and presenters.
  • Organize social programs, catering services, transportation, and additional offerings.
  • Develop timelines, objectives, and targets for events.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and manage the distribution of materials before and after events (such as itineraries and evaluations).
  • Handle all logistical aspects of events to ensure smooth execution.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
