About the Role

CSN Collision is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Central Ontario. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our licensees in the region, ensuring they have the resources and expertise needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for CSN Licensees in the Central Ontario region, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Store Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of store needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Quarterly Store Meetings: Meet with each store on a quarterly basis to review their progress, provide feedback, and discuss opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Business Growth and Performance: Work closely with licensees to develop and implement plans to drive business growth and improve performance, including optimizing insurance programs and vendor relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and guidance to licensees, working collaboratively with other departments within CSN to ensure seamless support and resources.
  • Travel and Communication: Travel up to 40-50% of the time to meet with stores, attend industry events, and participate in training meetings, while maintaining regular communication with licensees and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry.
  • Education and Training: Post-secondary education in a business or field related to the collision repair industry, with recent professional development courses in management, leadership, or industry-related topics.
  • Language Skills: Clear oral and written communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
