Position Overview

The Mercedes-Benz Oakville Collision Centre is in search of a Collision Centre Advisor to enhance our exceptional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers to assess their needs.
  • Providing informed recommendations regarding vehicle repairs.
  • Estimating repair costs and timelines accurately.
  • Coordinating with Technicians and other departments to streamline operations.
  • Ensuring all repair work meets high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Staying informed about market trends and competitor practices.
  • Adhering to industry safety regulations and standards.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and in person.
  • Achieving all assigned targets and objectives.
  • Participating in training for new products as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Experience in a Collision Centre with estimating capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
  • Sound knowledge of automotive functionalities.
  • Familiarity with Mitchell on Demand, Audatex, and MS Office.
