Job Summary

CSN Collision is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Collision Field Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our licensees in the Central Ontario region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for CSN Licensees in the Central Ontario region, providing timely and effective support to meet their needs.
  • Store Support: Meet with each store on a quarterly basis to ensure they are getting the most out of the CSN System, focusing on business growth, performance, and utilization of vendors, marketing programs, and other system components.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on store performance, including cases and action items, challenges engaging with stores, and KPI performance versus targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with the GM-EC to identify strategies to help licensees maximize the benefits of the CSN System, and lead virtual and in-person regional meetings to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve store concerns and high-priority issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.
Requirements
  • Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a business or field related to the collision repair industry.
  • Communication Skills: Clear oral and written communication skills in both English and French (asset).
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite.
