Executive Director, Freight Brokerage and Logistics

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as an Executive Director, Freight Brokerage and Logistics. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive business growth in the transportation and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and profitability in the freight brokerage and logistics division.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team of operations, sales, and administrative personnel to achieve business objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of processes and systems to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
- Education: University degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in leadership roles in the transportation and logistics industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
