We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Vice President, Freight Brokerage and Logistics. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our freight brokerage and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the freight brokerage and logistics markets.
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, carriers, and industry partners to drive business growth and opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in the freight brokerage and logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and industry partners.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
