Senior Vice President, Freight Brokerage and Logistics

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Vice President, Freight Brokerage and Logistics. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our freight brokerage and 3PL services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the freight brokerage and 3PL markets.
- Lead a team of operations, sales, and administrative personnel to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, carriers, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure business success.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in the freight brokerage and 3PL industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and industry partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
