About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at FFLECS Restaurant Management Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, manage food and kitchen supplies, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Supervise and Train Staff

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of kitchen staff, train them in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Manage Inventory and Budgets

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, manage inventory levels, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure efficient use of resources.

Ensure Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Lead and Develop the Team

Supervise and check the assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Support for Diverse Groups
  • Accessibility and Inclusion

Provide physical accessibility accommodations to ensure equal access to our services.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.

Support for Youth, Veterans, Indigenous People, and Visible Minorities

Participate in government or community programs that support these groups.
