Kitchen Operations Leader

As a Kitchen Operations Leader at FFLECS Restaurant Management Inc, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the culinary team and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Supply Management: Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Team Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Staff Training: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Ingredient Estimation: Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
- Staff Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to quality control standards.
- Budget Preparation: Prepare budgets and cost estimates for kitchen operations.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of food trays.
- Delivery Oversight: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
- Work Schedule Establishment: Create and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.
Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
