Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Port 701 Marina Side Dining and Lounge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste.
- Develop and implement work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
