About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Busaba Thai Cafe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to meet work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Staff Supervision: Train, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Cost Control: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, monitor expenses, and make recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, address complaints promptly, and maintain positive relationships with regular customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in operations management, staff supervision, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
