Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Busaba Thai Cafe. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service procedures to meet customer demands.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service or culinary role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
