Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Port 701 Marina Side Dining and Lounge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory and Budgeting: Manage inventory and prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
