Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Busaba Thai Cafe.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, including food order summaries for the chef.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, and initiative.
- Dental plan, health care plan, and permanent employment.
- 35 hours per week, English language, and work setting in a restaurant.
