Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Busaba Thai Cafe. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Team Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a positive and productive team environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
