About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at Next Level Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Service and Parts Departments, ensuring productive staffing, customer retention, employee training, and quality workmanship.

Key ResponsibilitiesService Department
  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department, prioritizing work orders and assigning them to technicians.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for customers, providing estimates and addressing their concerns or issues.
  • Assist the service clerk in the invoicing process and play an active role in the recovery of accounts receivable related to service invoices.
  • Supervise staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, and contribute to creating a positive work environment that promotes employee retention.
Parts Department
  • Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring proper staffing and coordinating scheduling.
  • Monitor parts inventory levels and implement solutions to move aging inventory.
  • Lead the deployment of quarterly specials programs with the Parts team and help find solutions for machine down situations where parts are not readily available.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of related work experience, preferably in service and leadership roles.
  • Strong background in service, with the ability to lead and organize a service team and handle daily operations.
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software.
  • Sound equipment and mechanical knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to work in an environment of changing priorities and travel occasionally.
  • Valid driver's license.
