Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with Ownership: Work closely with ownership to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Operational Performance: Implement and monitor initiatives to enhance overall operational performance.
Team Management
  • Lead and Motivate Teams: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.
  • Regular Reporting: Regularly report on operational metrics to senior management.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management
  • Quality Standards: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks.
