We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at JONES TRANSPORTATION INCORPORATED. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient operations and maximize productivity.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of senior staff to achieve business goals.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Human Resources: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Security and Safety: Bondable.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient, and organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
