About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at JONES TRANSPORTATION INCORPORATED. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate financial, human, and material resources to support business objectives and initiatives.
    • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to drive business growth.
  • Performance Management
    • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure business success.
    • Develop and implement performance improvement plans to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, staff, and external partners.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar industry.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Experience
      • At least 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role.
    • Language
      • Fluent in English.
    • Work Environment
      • 35 hours per week.
