Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Leader, Sales Team, Production, and Clients to ensure all orders, contracts, and sales documentation are precise and complete.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout their product order journey, from initial render approval to final delivery and after-sales support.
- Monitor customer support inquiries and escalate any issues to the Leadership Team as necessary.
- Manage post-sale processes, overseeing the transition from order finalization to production planning.
- Ensure all data entered into the CRM system is accurate and up-to-date.
- Verify that all orders are correct, current, and progressing through the appropriate stages of the sales pipeline.
- Evaluate job processes and practices to promote continuous improvement in the company's offerings, quality, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on Sales or Marketing, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care, customer service, or inside sales.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other leading CRM platforms.
- Understanding of the complete sales cycle, from quotation to order finalization.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (verbal & written) is a plus, offering an additional salary incentive.
