We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at CLEANING COPS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, including offices, warehouses, and other areas.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning and maintenance staff.
  • Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
  • Recruits Veterans and other candidates with military experience through targeted hiring initiatives.
  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
  • Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination.

Working Conditions:
