We are seeking a skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at CLEANING COPS. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance operations of our facilities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning and maintenance staff
  • Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules and protocols
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees
  • Recruits Veterans and other candidates with military experience through targeted hiring initiatives
  • Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees
  • Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination
  • Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities
