We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at CLEANING COPS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning and maintenance staff.
- Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in cleaning and maintenance an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
