Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at CLEANING COPS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, including offices, warehouses, and other areas.
- Supervise a team of cleaning and maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure our facilities meet the needs of our employees and customers.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve the efficiency of our cleaning and maintenance operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset.
- Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Recruits Veterans and other candidates with military experience through targeted hiring initiatives.
- Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
- Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination.
- Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
