Cleaning and Maintenance Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at CLEANING COPS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including cleaning, painting, and minor renovations.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 40 hours per week
