Culinary Operations Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at Jacob's Noodle & Cutlet, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation and service team. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Training: Provide training to team members on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to our quality control standards.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
