About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 0888928 B.C. Ltd. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Training and Development
    • Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Inventory Management
    • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet high quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
    • Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related role
  • Personal Qualities

    • Efficient communication and teamwork abilities
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
