Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Supervisor at Frankly Coffee and Bistro involves overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team to ensure exceptional service and quality.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Work Environment

This position is based in a vibrant coffee shop and restaurant setting, providing a dynamic atmosphere for culinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
