This position is based in a dynamic setting where relocation costs are covered by the employer. The working hours range from 32 to 40 hours per week, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service meet established quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
- Oversee the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
