Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth across the USA and Canada, particularly within the private-label frozen entree sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining robust relationships with key clients, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans that drive revenue growth and market share expansion across the USA and Canada.
  • Lead Strategic Growth: Collaborate with our R&D Director to align sales strategies with product innovation and production capabilities, ensuring that we meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Foster Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Customer Relationships: Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, retailers, and distribution partners, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead Negotiations: Take charge of high-stakes negotiations with major clients, securing contracts that align with our strategic goals and drive profitability.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior sales leadership, particularly within the private-label frozen food industry.
  • Strong Expertise: Strong expertise in contract negotiation and key account management, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Experience Working with R&D: Experience working closely with R&D teams to drive innovation in product offerings and ensure alignment between sales and innovation strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Deep Understanding of the North American Food Market: A deep understanding of the North American food market and its dynamics, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
