About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate at Sparkling Hill Resort. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and activities available on-site.
  • Room Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring efficient room allocation and minimizing errors.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, providing clear and concise information.
  • Customer Support: Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, to support the smooth operation of the front desk.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary for this position.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and meeting deadlines are essential requirements of this role.
