The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our Dean's Office team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative leadership and operational oversight for the undergraduate programs in the Ted Rogers School of Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Executive Director in developing short and long-range plans and strategies to support the Faculty's administrative priorities.
- Manage and monitor budgetary processes to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Oversee the hiring, performance management, and development of staff to ensure their full potential is actualized.
- Work with the ED and central HR to identify and implement organizational change/restructuring to support growth and improve efficiencies.

Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Five to seven years of relevant work experience, preferably in a university or post-secondary setting, including:
- Two years of management experience, including supervising staff, organizational development, and managing change in a unionized environment.
- Experience in academic advising, program planning and evaluation, project management, and progressive leadership roles.
