Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at LFC-ZMF Operations Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports as required.
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
