Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at LFC-ZMF Operations Ltd. in a permanent role.
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any product or service-related issues.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
- 5 years or more of experience in the field of operations management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
