About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Natural Bites Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve team goals.
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Contract Management: Authorize the development of specifications for products or services and manage contracts to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Claims Management: Review and process claims against suppliers to minimize losses.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights into supply chain performance.
  • Advisory Role: Advise senior management on supply chain strategies and initiatives.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and quality.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a standard 35-40 hour workweek.
  • Work Language: English language proficiency required.
