Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff in duties and policies.
- Work Assignment and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
