Supply Chain Operations Manager

Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing budgets, leading teams, and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Procurement and Sourcing: Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers, to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, including forecasting, ordering, and tracking, to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate the movement of goods, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of logistics and supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, using data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize operations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for supply chain initiatives.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines, to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the supply chain.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of supply chain management.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for supply chain initiatives.
