About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Natural Bites Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement budgeting and expenditure control plans to optimize resource allocation.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and lead a team of supply chain professionals to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management
    • Design and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement.
    • Oversee the management of inventory levels, including ordering, storage, and distribution.
  • Contract Management
    • Develop and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with business requirements.
    • Monitor and analyze contract performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
    • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
    • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
