About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at The Janitor Room Supply House Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, arranging for maintenance and repair work, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train workers in duties and policies.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed to a high standard.
  • Logistics and Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
