Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring the company's financial goals are met.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Purchasing and Procurement: Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.
- Quality Control: Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Contract Management: Authorize the development of specifications for products or services and manage contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information, and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
- Senior Management Support: Advise senior management on supply chain-related matters, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
Work Conditions: Permanent position, 35-40 hours per week, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a dynamic and challenging environment.
