We are in search of an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a robust background in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions within the gaming industry, particularly focusing on Free-to-Play (F2P) models. This role is initially a contract position with potential for extension or transition to a permanent role.

Your Contributions

  • Identify and attract top-tier talent globally by utilizing diverse gaming communities, technical networks, and social media channels.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform equitable hiring decisions, influencing the trajectory of our projects.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a smooth and inclusive candidate experience that aligns with our standards of excellence.
  • Innovate recruitment strategies while maintaining a strong emphasis on cultural fit and team cohesion.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by refining recruitment processes and workflows, contributing to a streamlined hiring experience.

About You

  • You possess over 5 years of experience in recruitment within the gaming sector, with a strong emphasis on Free-to-Play (F2P) models.
  • You are adept at recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, capable of advising senior leadership throughout the hiring journey.
  • As a strategic thinker, you effectively utilize all available resources to devise and implement sourcing strategies that attract exceptional talent.
  • You excel in dynamic environments characterized by ambiguity and change, quickly adapting and finding innovative solutions to emerging challenges.
