Position: Development Director

Role Overview:
- Oversee development operations for product launches and player engagement initiatives.
- Define and implement objectives and key results (OKRs) for product releases and player satisfaction in collaboration with product leadership.
- Manage operations across a diverse, multi-product development landscape.
- Develop a business justification for strategic investments that align with Electronic Arts' goals.
- Facilitate post-release evaluations and address shortcomings to foster continuous improvement.
- Work in conjunction with partner teams to fulfill Electronic Arts' requirements and serve as a point of escalation for various teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in software project management.
- Excellent communication abilities through various platforms including email and collaboration tools.
- Strong presentation skills for conveying strategic and operational insights.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management software.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
