Director of Development Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Director to lead our Game Operations team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving development operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software releases, reliable systems, and safe and fair player experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive development operations, aligning with Battlefield objectives and goals.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a geographically dispersed team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software releases, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with development operations, ensuring the integrity of our systems and player experiences.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including product leadership, development teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and progress.
- Experience: Significant software project management experience, preferably in live service release and product health management.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
