Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Estimator with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience to enhance our estimating team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers while contributing to the success of our organization.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90K to $120K, based on experience, along with an employee bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the estimating process to ensure efficiency and exceed client expectations throughout project timelines.
  2. Review all project details to guarantee that quotes are complete, accurate, and submitted on time, capturing all aspects of the project scope.
  3. Analyze project specifications, including RFPs, drawings, and bonding requirements, to fully comprehend project scope and timelines.
  4. Participate in site visits to gather on-site data for estimates and ensure detailed information is relayed back to the office.
  5. Ensure timely distribution of drawings and specifications to subcontractors to facilitate accurate proposals.
  6. Mentor and manage Junior Estimators and future team members.
Qualifications:
  1. 5-7 years of experience in estimating ICI projects.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex plans and create precise estimates.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple estimating projects.
  4. Ability to multitask and oversee direct reports effectively.
  5. Proficient in evaluating subcontractor quotes and negotiating pricing.
  6. Familiarity with standard construction practices, processes, and materials.
  7. Experience in managing direct reports.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Proficient in PlanSwift and Microsoft Office.
  10. Willingness to travel to job sites as necessary.
