We are seeking a dedicated Estimator with 5 to 7 years of experience in the estimating field. This role is ideal for an individual looking to advance their career by developing an estimating team and department within our organization.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90K to $120K, based on experience, along with an employee bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the estimating process to ensure efficiency and exceed client expectations throughout project durations.
  2. Review all project details to guarantee that quotes are complete, accurate, and submitted on time, capturing all project scopes and trades as outlined in bid materials.
  3. Analyze project specifications, including RFPs, drawings, insurance, bonding requirements, and addendums to fully comprehend project scopes, trades, and timelines.
  4. Participate in bid site walks to gather comprehensive project information and ensure detailed estimates are prepared.
  5. Disseminate drawings and project specifications to subcontractors promptly, allowing adequate time for accurate proposals.
  6. Mentor and manage Junior Estimators and future team members.
Qualifications:
  1. 5-7 years of experience in estimating ICI projects.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex plans and specifications for accurate estimates.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple estimating projects.
  4. Ability to multitask and oversee direct reports effectively.
  5. Proficient in evaluating subcontractor quotes and negotiating pricing.
  6. Knowledge of standard construction industry practices, processes, and materials.
  7. Experience in managing direct reports.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Proficient in PlanSwift and Microsoft Office.
  10. Willingness to travel to job sites as necessary for estimate completion.
