Role Overview:
The Client Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that clients derive maximum value from the LifeWorks suite of offerings. This position is responsible for expanding the client portfolio by achieving sales targets set by the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive successful outcomes and return on investment for large enterprise clients, focusing on the delivery of comprehensive retirement and benefits outsourcing solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships to gain a thorough understanding of their immediate needs, strategic goals, current initiatives, challenges, and operational maturity.
- Collaborate with leadership in Retirement and Benefits Operations to manage scope and ensure that LifeWorks teams consistently meet and exceed service expectations.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring alignment between client and LifeWorks teams regarding project status and outcomes.
- Manage a growth quota for assigned clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and proactively addressing risks with mitigation strategies.
- Lead the contract renewal strategy, managing the renewal process effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Approximately 7-10 years of experience in strategic client management, operations, or implementation within benefits program delivery (experience in Defined Contribution, Defined Benefits, and Health & Wellness administration is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards related to Benefits, Pension, and Retirement Plans.
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
- Familiarity with contract management and negotiation is advantageous.
- Experience in acquiring new business through participation in RFPs and extending existing relationships into new markets.
